How long does my order take to ship?

Production time 2~3 days. All items are shipped via EMS from my workshop in South Korea.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes. shipped via EMS. Flat rate of $10. Some countries might be excluded.

It may take up to week or two depending on destination.

What is your return policy? 

Manual defect or quality control issue will be resolved ASAP. When proper care is taken, never had my collar break or tear, free replacement if it ever happens.
